OUR STORY
Frog Construction Chemicals began as a small formulation lab with a narrow focus: tile and stone fixing systems that behave predictably from the first trowel stroke to the twentieth year of service. We noticed that most adhesive failures on Indian sites traced back to the same root causes — substrate movement nobody accounted for, open time that didn't match site pace, and grout that couldn't handle real foot traffic.
Rather than compete on price, we built our manufacturing around solving those specific failure points. Every product line we've launched since started as a documented site problem, not a marketing gap.
